BioFact Life Sdn Bhd was incorporated under the Company Act 1965 on 1st February 2005 as a newly setup private limited company in Malaysia. The company was formed to align with the government policy and global biotechnology trends.

Today, BioFact Life Sdn Bhd is one of the pioneer biotechnology company to cultivate cordyceps (dong chong xia cao) in a specially designed clean room environment in the world.

BioFact Life is a seed-to-shelf approach company with extensive research and development; we produce, manufacture and market locally and internationally.

There are two major divisions in BioFact Life; the first division is research and development. This division is responsible for cultivating research and development of Cordyceps and other herbs through the use of advanced biotechnology fermentation, and this division is led by Chartered Scientist Dato' Chang. Another division is our GMP certified manufacturing division; it is responsible for all type of herbal products manufacturing by transforming raw material into finished goods.

Our production facilities include capsule, liquid, powder, tablet, pill and ointment production line. This division is led by our executive director Mr Lee, who holds a master degree in Industrial Technology Management.

BioFact Life is also one of the largest herbal healthcare product distributors in Malaysia, and has an outstanding track record in offering OEM services.
